A delicious twist on a British classic using spiced buns serving 6 people!
How to make

Prepare the Buns
Slice or chunk your buns. Liberally butter each piece and arrange them in an ovenproof dish.

Whisk the Custard
In a measuring jug, whisk together the sugar, milk, vanilla, and eggs.

Bake to Perfection
Pour custard over the buns. Bake at 160°C for 35 to 40 mins until golden and set. Serve hot or cold!
