Hot Cross Bun Bread & Butter Pudding
A delicious twist on a British classic using spiced buns!
How to make

Prepare the Buns
Slice or chunk your hot cross buns. Liberally butter each piece and arrange them in an ovenproof dish.

Whisk the Custard
In a measuring jug, whisk together the sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. If you want it extra indulgent, you can add 150ml of double cream.

Bake to Perfection
Pour the custard mix over the buns and let it sit for a moment. Bake at 160°C for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set. Serve hot or cold!
Serving: A warm and indulgent seasonal treat that is incredibly simple to whip up!
