How to make

Melt and Swirl

Melt the white chocolate in a bowl. Pour 3/4 onto a tray lined with baking parchment. Mix yellow coloring into the remaining 1/4 and swirl through.

Add Toppings

While wet, sprinkle over lemon zest, chopped pistachios, cranberries, and crushed mini eggs. Press gently so they stick.

Set and Snap

Fridge for at least 2 hours. Once set, snap into irregular shards by hand. Keep in an airtight container!
