Crispy Asian Cucumber Salad
Fresh, crunchy and full of flavour—perfect as a side or light bite! Serving 2 people.

How to make

The Crunch
Slice or lightly smash the cucumbers for extra crunch. Smashed cucumbers hold the dressing even better!

Assemble
Add the thinly sliced red onion and a generous handful of pomegranate seeds.

The Dressing
Mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, crushed garlic, chilli flakes (if using) and honey.

Toss & Chill
Pour the dressing over and toss everything together. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chill in the fridge for 10–15 mins for best flavour.
Top Tip: The pomegranate adds a gorgeous sweetness that balances the tangy dressing perfectly 🍯✨
