A beautiful, kid-friendly treat serving 8 people—no oven required and absolutely delicious!
How to make

The Base
Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and coconut oil. Press into a 20cm tin and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

The Filling
Whisk the soft cheese, icing sugar, and orange oil until smooth. Fold in whipped double cream until thick and luscious.

The Set
Spoon the mixture over the base and smooth the top. Decorate with fresh berries and chill for at least 4 hours before serving to Mum!
