Amazing ways to clean with Denture Tablets
Not many of us keep a supply of denture tablets in our home, but we should all keep them in our cleaning caddies because these little tablets are magic! They are super cheap, you just need to know where to find them.
Kitchen & Dining Hacks
From stained plastics to your morning coffee gear, denture tablets do all the hard work for you:
- Stained Food Containers: Fill with warm water and 1-2 tablets. Wait an hour to shift those stubborn tomato sauce stains!
- Mugs & Tea Pots: Drop a tablet in with warm water to remove tea and coffee rings. It works a treat on stained spoons too.
- Kettles & Coffee Machines: Descale by adding 2 tablets to the tank or kettle. For coffee machines, run a brew cycle followed by two fresh water rinses. For kettles, boil after 15 minutes of soaking, then rinse.
- Baked-On Messes: Loosen gunk in cookware by soaking with warm water and one tablet for 20 minutes—no elbow grease required!
Bathroom & Plumbing
Toilets: Drop a tablet in and let it fizz for 30 minutes or overnight for a sparkling bowl. Unclogging: For slow drains, drop in three tablets followed by a cup of white vinegar, then flush with hot water.
