1. The Lemon Steam Trick (My Go-To!)

This is hands down the quickest way to clean your microwave.

• Fill a microwave-safe bowl with warm water

• Add a lemon cut into quarters

• Microwave on high for 5 minutes until it’s nice and steamy

• Leave the door closed for another 5 minutes (this is key!)

The steam loosens all the grime so you can just wipe it away.

2. Wipe It Down (No Scrubbing Needed)

Once everything has steamed:

• Use a microfibre cloth to wipe all surfaces

• The food splatters should come off easily

• No need for harsh scrubbing at all

Got some really baked-on bits? No problem.

• Add a splash of white vinegar to your lemon water next time

• Repeat the steam method

• Wipe again it will shift even the stubborn stuff

This bit gets overlooked but makes a big difference:

• Take out the glass plate

• Wash it in the sink with warm soapy water

• Wipe the inside base and the roller ring (crumbs love hiding here!)
