Stilton & Cherry Tomato Gnocchi Bake
A quick, comforting, and incredibly cheesy bake that is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner!
How to make

Add Flavours
Sprinkle over 50g of Stilton cheese and 10 chopped cherry tomatoes.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small pan gently cook 280g of double cream with one crushed garlic clove, then remove from the heat. Whisk the egg into the cream and pour this over the gnocchi.

Bake & Serve
Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes until bubbly. Sprinkle over chopped parsley to serve.
Serving: Best served hot with a side of crusty bread. Enjoy!
