Grilled Sausage & Vegetable Kebabs
A vibrant and easy family favourite that's perfect for the grill or BBQ!
How to make

Chop & Prep
Cut one pack of pork sausages into chunks. Chop one large courgette, one red pepper, and one yellow pepper into bite-sized pieces using a sharp kitchen knife.

Assemble Kebabs
Thread the sausage and vegetables onto skewers. Brush them lightly with oil to ensure they don't stick and stay juicy.

Grill
Grill or BBQ the skewers for 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are charred.

Serve
Prepare some couscous according to the instructions and serve together with the hot kebabs.
Serving: Delicious served with a fresh side salad and a squeeze of lemon!
