How to make

Sauté the Base

Heat 4 heaped spoons of mayonnaise in a stockpot. Sauté 1 chopped onion and 2 garlic cloves for 5 minutes until soft.

Combine Ingredients

Add 350g chopped sausage, 2 tbsp purée, 2 tbsp vinegar, tomatoes, water, stock cube, and a glass of red wine.

Simmer

Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened into a rich, delicious stew.
