Lamb Pittas with Chilli Yogurt Dip
Juicy lamb patties in soft pittas serving 4 people, topped with a cooling yet spicy chilli yogurt.
How to make

Prep the Patties
Divide lamb into 8 even patties. Chill for 10 minutes to help them firm up.

The Salad & Dressing
Whisk oil, vinegar, and mustard. Mix with deseeded, sliced cucumber and kidney beans. Toss well.

Fry & Dip
Fry patties in a pan until cooked through. Mix chilli powder with yogurt for the dip.
4
Assemble
Toast pittas, split, and spread with dip. Add patties and serve with the fresh bean salad.
