A fresh and flavourful meal featuring juicy lamb patties and a cooling yet spicy yogurt sauce!

How to make

Prep the Patties

Divide 1 500g pack of lamb mince into 8 evenly sized patties and place in the fridge to chill for 10 minutes to help them firm up.

The Salad & Dressing

Make a dressing using 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp mustard in a mixing bowl. Halve a cucumber, scoop out the seeds, then thinly slice the rest. Mix with 420g red kidney beans and toss in the dressing.

Fry & Dip

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry each patty until hot and well cooked. Meanwhile, combine 1 tsp chilli powder with 100g natural yogurt for the dip.

Assemble

Toast the white pitta bread and split in half. Spread the inside with the yogurt dip and place the patties inside. Serve with fresh salad.

Serving: Perfect with the bean salad on the side for a healthy, vibrant meal!
