How to make

Brown & Sauté

In a large frying pan, brown the mince beef. Drain excess fat, then add finely chopped onion and garlic until softened.

Create the Sauce

Stir in tomato purée, chopped tomatoes, and herbs. Simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce is thick and fragrant.

Layer Up

Transfer the mixture to an oven-proof dish. Slice mozzarella and layer over the top until the meat is completely covered.

Bake

Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes until bubbling and golden. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
