Thai Green Curry
A vibrant dish serving 4 people. Easily made Vegan or Vegetarian by swapping chicken for tofu!
How to make

Fragrant Base
Heat oil in a large wok. Fry the curry paste for 2 minutes until the aromas are released.

Simmer & Sizzle
Pour in coconut milk and simmer. Add chicken or tofu pieces and cook for 7 minutes until tender.

Add the Veg
Stir in bamboo, beans, and corn. Add sauce and sugar. Simmer until the vegetables are tender but have a bite.
4
Finish & Garnish
Squeeze in half a lime and scatter fresh coriander over the top. Serve in bowls over rice.
