Sausage & Ricotta Pasta Bake
A simple, comforting family meal serving 4 people, with rich ricotta and smoky sausages.
How to make

Sauté the Base
Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté onions, chilli, and garlic until soft. Add sausages and brown.

Cook the Pasta
Cook pasta in a large pot according to instructions. Drain and combine with the sausage mix.

Mix & Prepare
Stir in ricotta and finely chopped tomatoes. Transfer to a deep baking dish.
4
Bake
Sprinkle over parmesan and bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes until golden and bubbling.
