Creamy Sausage & Ricotta Pasta Bake

A simple, comforting pasta dish with rich ricotta and smoky sausages, baked to perfection!

How to make

Sauté the Base

Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add in two chopped onions, 1 chopped chilli, and 2 garlic cloves. Cook until softened, then add in 200g of cooked sliced sausages.

Cook the Pasta

Cook 350 grams of pasta in a large pot according to the instructions. Once cooked, add the sausages and onion mix to the pasta.

Mix & Prepare

Mix in 200g of ricotta and 2 ripe, finely chopped tomatoes. Transfer the mixture to a deep oven-proof dish.

Bake

Sprinkle over parmesan shavings and cook in a preheated oven for 12 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Serving: Delicious served with warm garlic bread!
