Lamb Mince Curry
A quick and fragrant midweek meal serving 4 people—ready in under half an hour or slow-cooked for ultimate flavour!
How to make

The Paste
Blitz cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, chilli, garlic, and tomato puree in a blender to make a smooth paste.

Cook the Base
Heat oil in a large pan. Sauté onion until soft, then add mince and curry paste. Cook for 15 minutes until browned.

Simmer
Add chopped tomatoes and stock. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow the spices and flavours to combine.

Finishing Touches
Stir in cooked peas or green beans. Serve with pilau rice or naan and garnish with fresh coriander.
