Sweet Chilli Pork Mince
A delicious low calorie meal serving 4 people—quick, simple, and a guaranteed family favourite!
How to make

Sauté
Chop peppers, onion and crush garlic. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry onion until soft, then add pork mince.

Brown & Combine
Once pork has browned, add peppers and garlic. Stir into the mince and cook for 5 minutes.

Simmer
Add sweet chilli sauce, a splash of soy, and tomato puree. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes until the sauce is thick and glossy.

Serve
Serve with rice or noodles. Sweetcorn or peas also work brilliantly as extra vegetables!
