Sticky Halloumi
A perfect Vegetarian summer lunch serving 2 people, featuring marinated halloumi with honey and lemon.
How to make

Slice & Container
Slice the halloumi 1cm thick and place into a tight food storage container.

The Marinade
Squeeze the lemon juice over the cheese. Add honey, close the lid, and shake well. Sprinkle over the thyme.

Marinate
Leave to marinate for a few hours (or overnight) to develop the best flavor.
4
Fry & Serve
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Serve over fresh salad.
