Sausage Shepherd's Pie
A clever family twist serving 4 people—swapping traditional mince for quality sausages to create a delicious new comfort classic!
How to make

Boil & Brown
Boil potatoes until tender. Meanwhile, brown sausages in a pan, then sauté chopped onions and green veg until soft.

Simmer the Filling
Chop sausages into chunks and return to the pan. Add stock, Worcester sauce, and tomato puree. Simmer until thick, then pour into a baking dish.

The Perfect Mash
Mash potatoes with butter and milk. Stir in Dijon mustard and grated cheddar for a rich, cheesy flavour.

Top & Bake
Dollop mash over the sausages. Rough the top with a fork and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
