If you are a fan of using your slow cooker and chucking everything in then you are going to love this super quick chilli soup.
How to make

Chuck It All In
Literally chuck all your prepared vegetables and spices into your slow cooker. Save a little bit of the chopped chorizo aside to use as a garnish later.

Slow Cook
Add your vegetable stock, put the lid on and cook on high for 2.5 hours. For an extra treat, you can stir in a dollop of double cream at the end to make it super rich and creamy.
Serving: Garnish with the remaining chorizo and serve in warm bowls with a big chunk of crusty bread!
