Sticky Pork Stir-Fry
A quick and tasty midweek meal serving 4 people—ready in just 25 minutes for a gorgeous sticky finish!
How to make

Cook the Pork
Heat a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and pork mince, browning for 8 minutes while breaking it up.

Add Aromatics
Stir in crushed garlic, grated ginger, and chopped chilli. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Veggies In
Toss in sliced peppers, carrot batons, and spring onions. Stir-fry for 4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Make it Sticky
In a mixing bowl, combine sauces, honey, and lime. Pour into the pan and bubble for 3 minutes until glazed.

Serve
Serve over rice or noodles with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and fresh coriander. Enjoy!
