Sticky Pork Mince Stir Fry
Sticky Pork Stir-Fry
This quick and tasty midweek recipe serves 4 and is ready in just 25 minutes – I think you’ll love it!
How to make
Cook the Pork
Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil, then the pork mince. Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Add Aromatics
Stir in crushed garlic, grated ginger, and finely chopped chilli. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the kitchen smells amazing!
Veggies In
Toss in sliced peppers, carrot batons, and most of the spring onions. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender but still having that perfect crunch.
Make it Sticky
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and lime juice. Pour into the pan and stir well, letting it bubble for 2–3 minutes until the sauce coats everything in a gorgeous sticky glaze.
Serve
Spoon over fluffy rice or noodles, sprinkle with sesame seeds, fresh coriander, and the reserved spring onion tops.
✨ Tip: Batch-cook the pork mince with the sauce and freeze! Just reheat and add fresh veg for a super speedy dinner later in the week.
