Wholesome Winter Broth
A great one-pot dish that hides vegetables well; perfect for the cold, serving 6 people!
How to make

Brown the beef
Fry off minced beef in a pan until brown and then add to the slow cooker.

Slow cook the base
Crumble in beef stock cubes and add finely chopped vegetables. Mix with 500ml boiling water, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato puree. Leave for 4/5 hours.

Add the pasta
10 minutes before serving, boil macaroni in a saucepan and then add this into the broth. Scatter over fresh parsley and serve.
